Awful place to work - Anonymous employee Sowingo Employee Review

Where do I start? Micromanaging bosses - I’ve never worked somewhere where we had 9am meeting every single day. This is purely for micromanaging rather than to be productive to the employee - Management is awful and will undermine everything you do and talk over you - I want to emphasis this part. They are so untrustworthy of what you do, it’s almost like why hire me if you’ll remain so untrustworthy? - work life balance does not exist here - is not a fun place to work, compared to other tech startups. I dreaded going in everyday - lack of a clear vision for the company - CEO is not great and is very transactional in how he speaks, clearly does not care for his employees - not a very diverse place to work
