      Pros

      It is absolutely exciting to see how the company grew up from a few people into an army of enthusiastic and dedicated achievers. I still learn a lot while being among my awesome colleagues every day - this is what I cherish the most. It is all about the collective, which is perfect.

      Cons

      Spaceknow is fighting its way into a rather unknown, but fast expanding market. Some of the ideas never make it, which can be upsetting.

      -Best in class AI/data science analytics company -Strong, experienced leadership - Encourage creativity - Strong work ethics - rewards industry and honesty - fast paced, self managed environment - great office, great culture, great fun

      Cons

      - startup culture that always is moving fast - intense, smart, hard working senior scientists - expectations are high - moods can be a bit volatile based on importance of current project stack

      Super interesting software, fast growing, very smart AND cooperative team, agile, and creative

      Cons

      Fast growth just means that it's intense at times, need to be able to manage priorities and at times "manage up" to get the info you need
