1)People pretend as if they are busy but in reality they aren't. They project them self extremely busy to management and they are appreciated very much for that. People who does the hard work are not. Place for people who can tamper data and project themselves as a god.
2) Very lethargic management. Every division is pushed on to 1 person and he doesn't spend enough time with each division. Decision making will be still with him. We have to beg for his time. He will accept meeting request but you will never know whether meeting will happen or not. You will be direction less. If you take a wrong decision then it will be escalated to highest possible level.
3) This is not a proper software company. In any company an annual plan will be prepared and minor changes will be done over the year. Here Management themselves don't know what they are going to do in a year. They prepare a plan by mid year they will end up doing things completely opposite to plan.
4)Process is a big joke in MCS
5) Management forgets to mark you in CC in decision making emails. A decision will be taken. it wont be communicated to you but they will be under assumption that it is communicated to you. if you make a minor mistake it will be escalated to high level
