Great working atmosphere, very nice colleagues and a bright future ahead. Working here was really great.
Cons
Everything changed when Solarwinds took over SpamExperts. More hours work, the product itself becoming poor / neglected.
Good / nice colleagues got fired / laid off for no real reason. Employees from Solarwinds were brought in. Some of them even harassing older employees (of SpamExpert).
Also the last few months I had to deal with a lot of angry customers. Promises were not kept and/or broken. Customers also had to wait several hours (or even days) before support even answered tickets. After working almost around the clock in order to try to keep the customers happy, I decided enough was enough.
