We appreciate your feedback as we continually work to improve the culture for our employee’s – supporting, empowering and developing them to be able to grow in their careers.
You may be pleased to hear we had similar feedback a few years ago and we have since implemented a Human Resource Manager. This has helped immensely with our development goals, structure, and of course, any topics raised by staff requiring attention. In addition to this, we have weekly “toolbox/stand-up” meetings and monthly meetings, encouraging everyone to share improvements or issues with the wider team.
