no career progression past director positions hostile management team that lack direction, organisation and integrity overwork junior staff with poor development plans, lack of compensation leadership team is utterly rude and only care about themselves and want to do minimal work - only delegate work out but can not lead by example employ from cis & minority to say they are diverse but overwork these staff members compared to others extremely underpay compared to other agencies the agency is filled with contractors to fill numbers but this is not a solution inevitably and causes more stress on junior team members
