Pros
As far as companies go, this one is top notch. It's a great company to work for. The management is extremely responsive to any issues, and working with customers is easy because management makes sure you have all the tools to do the job!
Cons
If you are looking to get a leg up on development, or experience maintaining systems. Not the company for you unless you are willing to put in the time. They don't allow anyone who is not senior management direct access to systems.
