Cons
Everything else. The company no longer cares about their employees, they only care about their stock price. Unrealistic expectations and abysmal product management have really caused the company to go from a great place to work to a stressful, sinking ship. Once Sparklight went public, their only goal is to maintain the stock price so they can continually execute insider trades. Decisions are no longer made with the employees in mind. Tom Might is truly missed. There is ZERO chance for advancement unless you wait 10 years for people to leave or retire, pay raises are not even close to inflation, and no job below management pays equitably to the market. You are expected to just be happy having a job.
