Pros
It's a fast-paced company in a new-ish growing industry. If you're a self-starter, there's alot of opportunity to learn and create your own opportunities. The employees are great and you will build life long relationships if you're social.
Cons
The company is missing an over-arching strategy. Leadership focuses on too many initiatives and not enough time is spent on initiatives that make the company money. Open, honest, and transparent communication doesn't exist at the company and managers spend very little time developing employees underneath them. It's definitely a tough environment to succeed in. Leadership asks a lot of employees, but gives little in return.
