Research is fast paced and demanding- some love it some hate it. Highly regulated industry, strict compliance standards, little room for error Need to advocate for yourself- not the big systems in place like large companies.

While my experience here has provided me with valuable lessons in setting clear boundaries and learning how to professionally decline involvement in immoral, unethical, or illegal behaviors, I regret that I cannot identify other positive aspects of my time with the organization.

The negative reports about this organization are unfortunately accurate. In my 25+ years of professional experience, I have never encountered a more toxic workplace culture. The "clinical" floor staff, who are non-medical professionals, demonstrate aggressive behavior and a lack of competence that is concerning. The organization is also characterized by a lack of ethical standards and professionalism, and I have witnessed activities that could be considered illegal. I strongly advise caution when considering employment here.
