Management, Work load, benefits, competitive pay, good training, This is a great company to work for and I would recommend it to anyone. The attitude from management is very helpful and they are willing to do what it takes to support the production staff. 10/10 experience

The Quality management is absolutely horrible! The supervisor is sexist, when I first started I was told that the previous quality inspectors were female and they had issues with the supervisor and nothing was done about it. I started having issues with him as well, he was always trying to write me up over complete nonsense. I tried to switch departments and they ended up firing me.
