Where to begin. CEO is impulsive and fires employees without trusting their expertise and experience. Would rather trust low level employees who kiss -you know what- than seasoned experienced employees. Promotion from within is a joke. Benefits are non existent. Unless you are willing to do what the ceo says blindly, then take the fall, this place is not for you. Franchise potential owners- look at the employee turnaround in corporate, great business concept but you could start it without joining this lost cause.
