Pros

I love most of my co-workers and the job itself is pretty easy.

Cons

I don't even know where to start with this. The owner is terrible to work for. She is rude, condescending, micro managing and causes unnecessary drama. She loads so much work on you (some things that she should be dealing with) and constantly texts you giving you more 24/7- even on your days off. She makes this place so negative and it does wear on you- effecting your life. She doesn't care about her employees.

Pros

Great working environment, loved my coworkers and manager! Always smells very nice and you get to try products and treatments. Peaceful environment and opening/closing duties are enjoyable

Cons

If you don't like laundry, you might not like that part but it's not a big deal, this is a great place!

Pros

Only has an extra star due to some amazing people working there, and kind guests.

Cons

Unprofessional management with disrespectful remarks, dropping standards, and poor execution. Makes giving guests a good experience difficult when team morale is suffering due to the work conditions. Have never experienced this level of incompetence at a company.
