      - remote first work - innovative and cutting edge

      - not an actual DAO, mostly very corporate and hierarchical - not very friendly, military culture - not likely to follow through on their initial word - no real definition of job security or expectations

      remote job, autonomy to select audit projects.Work with great and highly knowledgeable team

      only downside is that you can stay a while without getting a project
