      Great peer group who are better qualified than the next level management. If your face fits you'll be ok

      Great products However the management are not at all good. Micromanage is all they do. Passing the buck every time They are not experienced enough. However they actually believe they are so superior

      Pros

      Great compensation, Spots of friendly co-workers

      Cons

      On the job training is non-existent. No employee development, No upward mobility, FDA warning letter, Co-workers will highlight any issues found and report it immediately to management instead of working as a team to confront issues.
