MD totally don't trust his staff. Micro management until next next next level. All staff have to clock in and out by facial recolonization, even in CB period. Every staff have to submit DAILY report EVERYDAY to show MD what you have done every single day. Company spend a lot of money for a trash CRM, staff have to spend a lot of time to fill in this CRM, which a lot information to fill in and have a lot of bugs. MD will question you how to increase the closing rate of this opportunity from 50% to 60%, and ask you to write all the activities to be done, maybe he think his staff is like a robot. Finance kpi is to deduct and delay sales commission, they will find different excuse to do it and make you feel tired and " just let it be". Huge walls between different department, project team will refuse to take your project if you can't answer their question, like what kind of cable to use, how high to mount the projector etc, which normally sales not able to answer. Internal handover is a nightmare for sales, the agenda of this is for sales to answer strange question from other department. It's very normal to handover 4,5 times for one project, as project team don't want to take your project. A lot of paper work to do, this is the first company I heard that sales scared to get a project, because this means you have do huge paper work to login.
