Money is competitive, but again the commission is severely hampered by over canvassed leads and rules

Leadership is new, was hired from Maitland and told the office guests were once a week, then moved to Kissimmee, an hour away. With zero notice or consideration. Office visits were 3 times a week minimum. Usually daily. Repetitive, overly canvassed leads to customers that hate the company. Offering an inferior product usually at a higher cost. Do not do it. Also there out rules about who you can sell to and get paid, they have to be on your list for you to get paid, limited number of leads per month, refreshed once after 2 weeks, maybe 20% get changed, if that, you're basically driving around to leads your coworkers tried 2 weeks before you.
