Amazing benefits but poor schedule and low morale - Retail Store Manager Spectrum Employee Review

Retail schedule is trash, no autonomy, so many restructures and leadership changes it negatively impacted morale. Seems like there are either leaders good at sales or good at management. Company primarily cares about bottom line/sales numbers and struggles to consider human impacts on employees. But at least the benefits are incredible!
