Pros
Benefits are pretty good and the employees are mostly friendly and hard working. Fair amount of training and opportunity for learning different aspects of the industry.
Cons
Management from director up are generally clueless about what it takes to attract and keep both customers AND talented employees. Very cliquey and they reorganize, layoff and relocate way too much which speaks to their lack of real direction and leadership and short-sightedness. Pay is ok, but bonuses not tied to performance of the individual, but on company growth as a whole. One has no real way to earn it based on performance. Long hours/days expected, but not rewarded, recognized or appreciated. Atmosphere of always worried about losing job (an attitude created and cultivated by management).
