Pros
I really enjoyed helping customers and resolving customer issues. The discounts on the services was also a major pro. I made new friends that will be life long friends of mine. The stability of the job was great.
Cons
Some cons include: no over time opportunities.There was also not a lot of room for advancement to make this into a career.
