Pros

Good pay for Customer Service entry, lots of opportunity to grow, Management is coming around to listening to suggestions from the reps, the overall moral is much better than it was a few months ago, clearer focus with what we are and should be doing.

Cons

Weekend schedules, sometimes calls don't seem to stop, building needs updating, company is going through tough changes and holding their customers accountable for on time payments, some of the supervisors are very new and not sure what they are doing,
