      Free services, average benefits, okay 401K.

      Cons

      Overworks employees, does not listen to employee needs. Changes job functions frequently and starts reps on systems they were not trained for with little to no notice. Uses entirely too many systems for the same purposes causing issues with work orders and internal communications, both on a departmental and facility wide magnitude.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Overall they treat everyone with respect and there is a good work/life balance and everyone seems proud to work there. A ton of people have been working there for 20+ years.

      Cons

      None really, we were treated decently.
