Horrible company - Human Resource Coordinator Spectrum Employee Review

I worked at Spectrum Networks for 3.5 years. When I started my position I walked into them doing a restructure were positions were eliminated. Doing my time there everything they did from restructures to anything else was consider a “business decision”. My position was eliminated as well…( yes HR isn’t safe either) I was told it was a business decision. They will fight to keep you there if you know the right people or make friends with the right people.
