Amazing benefits, life, health, dental, vision, 401k. Training is done via webcam which is cool. You are your own boss for the most part so if you aren't self motivated this job won't be for you.
Cons
When interviewed I asked if there was a draw on their commission. Meaning do I have to exceed my weekly salary in commission dollars before I see any extra money. I was told no I get what I sell. I was misinformed because my first week out of training was the last week of their commission month and I did not receive any extra money, about $1000 worth. I had asked what's going on and I was then told I had to get 12 sales installed before I see money for that month. So if you want to see any commission be prepared to get 12 sales before you get anything. Driving far distances from your house and not making any commission until the end of the month isn't great. Also out of my team of six other people and three of them being "vets" only two of them are making commission and one of them barely gets to 12 sales to get a nice check.
