Good salary, relaxed dress code, bonuses. Online learning course are available to help with software skills or leadership and professional development. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow.
Cons
Not sure if this is necessarily a con, but company culture may change once the merger with Charter goes through. It will be interesting to see what happens.
