      Great People make the Columbus Ohio Office a great place to work!. The culture in the office is great and folks know how to do the job they do.

      Too much of a corporate mentality limits innovation. Trust each office to know how to perform and you'll get better results.

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
