Pros
Good starting pay, plenty of hours, some good benefits, co-workers were decent, good training before being put on floor.
Cons
Everything else. Nasty negative customers. Management too restrictive to allow call center reps to properly address customer issues. Did not have consecutive days off. Management non-caring and unresponsive. Metrics near impossible to meet. Punished for needing to go to the restroom when not on a scheduled break. Not able to take a break when needed, only at scheduled times.
