      Pros

      Some management is pretty good. Others not so much. Heavily discounted cable and internet and taking the work van home

      Cons

      Management has very high levels of expectation with very low salary to go with it. Not very flexible in your work day

      Pros

      Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Cons

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
