Pros
Of course the biggest bonus is free/cheap cable services if you live in the coverage area. They have good benefits including health and dental insurance as well as 401k matching up to 6%. One of the things that is important to me is the kind of people that I work with. I can honestly say I have not met anyone that was not respectful and didn't care about you as an individual or how you were as an employee. Everyone is very supportive and truly believes in the "open door" policy.
Cons
I think the decisions made by the corporate level can be very near sighted. There have been several policies and or decisions that have been made that defy common sense. After a lot of "blood, sweat and tears" things get worked out, but with better planning and preparation things could go a lot smoother.
