Great pay. Multiple shifts to bid on. Bids go by performance and attendance. If you show up and do your job your at the top. Only ones that complain lack on both sides of that equation.
Cons
If you don't like change don't apply here. RSC covers a variety of tasks and you can switch departments and responsibilities with little notice.
