      (IT Specific) diverse systems, mature life cycle, lots of opportunities for motivated people willing to sacrifice work/life balance.

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance in many groups. Main IT office next to a landfill. No opportunities for advancement without substantial personal sacrifice (extreme hours). Minimal recognition.
