      Great benefits, beautiful offices, higher pay based on industry, wonderful junior staff camaraderie.

      Cons

      Long hours and expectations outside your job description - without acknowledgment, not much room for growth, no flexibility, stringent management, zero visibility of back-office decisions. Pretty typical PE house "boys club."
