Not enough hours and does not have enough staff

* Utilization of Central Reach for electronic data collection (eliminates timely input of data at end of session) * Recently increased pay of all RBT to highly competitive hourly rate for area * Ongoing supervision, training, coaching by BCBA * Flexible work schedule (CAN do part time despite what other reviewers say) - only require minimum of 4 afternoons but can get morning clients, if desired * Support and training provided for QASP Certification, BCaBA certification and BCBA certification * At FWB, fun working atmosphere!!! When we have fun, our client's have fun!
