Pros

- Line managers are very kind - Lots of smart people

Cons

- "chief" marketing officer guy bullies people (read his responses to the reviews) - full of stress and pressure - no software engineering process - ML team is the only focus even they didn't do anything for years and years - You have to work late just because LT doesn't know what they are doing - Very basic salary - They start to abuse and bully you in each company meeting - you have to change your team 10 times - No HR concept at all - They promise you career progress but do nothing for you - No plan for company's future - ML guys become LT just because they have good relationship with management

We are sorry though that with your positive comments about line managers that you have not felt able to resolve your areas of concern with them directly. It is true that we are developing and growing and that this brings change and evolution as a business. We are particularly sorry to hear that some of the tone of our messaging has not landed well with you but of course this was most certainly not our intention. We hope our replies below have been informative and clear but we will of course be mindful of your feedback in any future comms. We are investing in hiring so that teams are resourced appropriately and with our newly appointed CTO, enhancing engineering processes throughout. We are also hiring a senior People Leader to continue to build out our culture and offer more scalable people solutions as we grow. Sometimes, being we have employees around the globe, there are tough barriers for communicating in a timely manner... but, this is with most international b2b organizations.

Pros

It's great to get sell a world class product that WOWs people in every demo. The team is supportive of one another, NO POLITICS and fun. Unfortunately I'm remote so I only get to have fun vicariously as I see invites for all I'm missing. We actually listen to customers and work with them for success. It's a great place to learn knowing you'll be supported even if you make a mistake.

Cons

Like many companies our size, we are busy putting scalable processes in place to make us more efficient. Being remote, sometimes it's hard to stay up on what's happening in the office. These process improvements are doing a lot to make this better.
