Pros

The CEO and Leadership Team genuinely care about every employee. Being a fairly small business (around 140 employees), it allows you to get to know most people fairly easily. It's quite fast-paced which I find really enjoyable. The culture is inclusive and the people are some of the loveliest I have worked with. Contributions from all are valued and personal development is encouraged and supported. Work/life balance is good and it helps to have the flexibility of hybrid working. Benefits are fantastic and the office environment (Cambridge & London) is fun yet professional. Company socials and events are great too. A fab place to work!

Cons

Feels as thought there's a slight disconnect between those who regularly come to the office(s) and those who rarely do.

Sometimes, being we have employees around the globe, there are tough barriers for communicating in a timely manner... but, this is with most international b2b organizations.

Pros

It's great to get sell a world class product that WOWs people in every demo. The team is supportive of one another, NO POLITICS and fun. Unfortunately I'm remote so I only get to have fun vicariously as I see invites for all I'm missing. We actually listen to customers and work with them for success. It's a great place to learn knowing you'll be supported even if you make a mistake.

Cons

Like many companies our size, we are busy putting scalable processes in place to make us more efficient. Being remote, sometimes it's hard to stay up on what's happening in the office. These process improvements are doing a lot to make this better.
