Culture is very important here which makes for a great working environment. Growing company. Fun co workers. Management is well trained and experienced. Recommends books and other ways for self growth. We all work hard and have each others backs. Love it here.

I honestly don't have any cons.

I haven't been at SpeedTech lights for very long, but so far it's been good to me. The culture here is great. When I started I was immediately welcomed by the team. We are expected to put it extra hours when things get busy, but the extra work is genuinely appreciated by management and it's not uncommon for them to do things to thank the team when staying late is necessary. When things do get busy, management has realistic goals for productivity and doesn't create a stressful environment. Overall I'm happy with my job here so far and look forward to helping this company grow.
