Immature management. All manual work. Cheapskate company dont want to invest more for system to ensure everything are systematic and organized. Need a lot of buttlick and they keep terminate the quality employee. Dont care about academic or working background, as long u re ready to work all day n night to achieve sales target with a low grade of salary
