Pros
It's a startup, you get to be involved in many areas if you wish to learn, but with a big caveat
Cons
Also because this is a startup, top management generally has no idea what they are doing. Tons of time, money and effort spent on redundant features and experiments. Frontline workforce has unequal distribution of work, handover of tasks from sales to coordinators are unpolished and prone to causing confusion (multiple channels of communication makes things worse). Frequent changes in policy and direction on top of general operational chaos, coupled with unfair compensation structures that does nothing to reward those who put in extra time and effort. Despite massive investment into technology, there is no real way to track accountability amongst staff who have work assigned to them, so those who slack off know that the hardworking ones will be forced to cover for them when they take sudden sick leaves or even just go missing from work without valid reason.
