Cons
Culture: - Hire and fire mentality. - The good employees eventually leave, the toxic ones remain. - No company benefits/ compensation. - Lots of empty promises, but when the time comes to compensate, they retrench. - The Head of HR is is more interested in gloating about his personal achievements and assets rather than doing his job professionally. - The Head of HR makes inappropriate remarks about the staff (race, religion, personal wealth, gender). The Management: - Poor leadership from management team. - Management team are young and lack business acumen. - Management hires personal 'friends' instead of qualified candidates. - Leadership is indecisive and in a constant state of denial about the company's direction. - Management team only wants 'Yes men' and bootlickers in the company.
