Pros

Customers are great, mostly. SOme co workers are fun and understand the hard ships of the job.

Cons

on call 24/7 not worth the pay for the frustration and disrespect from the managers and co-managers. raises are incredibly small some of my co-workers have been there for over 5 years still make under 8.50 an hour and they are some of the best employees we have.almost impossible to obtain bonuses. out of touch senior management. terrible work hrs sometimes 30 sometimes as low as 4 hours a week how can you survive off 4 a week that happened to me two weeks in a row i confronted the manager about it and all she said was it was restrictions on th hours they had that week. No Breaks. Favoritism very high at speedway managers would switch stores and take 1 or 2 employees from their store and make them shift leaders instead of the orginal shift leaders that do a better job.

Cons

Company expects more and more without proper compensation. 7-11 is closing them down slowly.
