Health Insurance, monthly bonuses if you get them or if they are worth the work you bust your butt doing, meeting new people,

Cons

Work crazy amount of hours, low salary pay, constant switching of District Managers, District Managers who only know and understand reports and not actually knowing what it takes to work in a store. Employees always calling in. Poor turn over rate. Monthly inspections that take away from your bonuses. Very stressful environment.
