The company offers an aggressive bonus structure based mostly on program execution. The manager's work a regular schedule with most weekends off. There is opportunity for advancement if you take the imitative to work for it.
Cons
Low pay compared to other retailers makes it difficult to hold onto the best employees. Recruiting is done through centralized centers leaving the locations disconnected to the HR process.
