Pros
You can work with management on your schedule and request days off, but because of the low staff, I'm wondering to what extent that is possible. Other than that, nothing that I've seen or experienced.
Cons
Pay is a joke compared to most other companies, employee discounts are virtually non-existent, and give little to no time for training. I can only speak for my location, but it doesn't have much of a friendly atmosphere. Not to mention management lacks organization and offers nothing but criticisms and double standards. It makes you develop more apathy than experience. There is also no guaranteed breaks; especially since I'll be the only one for my shift. Some nights I'll get 10 to 15 minutes to allow myself one, and others will give me only a few minutes. Will really run you dry and cripple morale.
