Pros
Customers get to know you and become your regulars, decent work crew depending on how managers utilize optimal scheduling, flexibility, above average starting pay in my state. I've loved my job since day one, if you build good rapport with co-workers and management you'll definitely get the respect and recognition you deserve.
Cons
If you cannot keep up with a fast-environment, this is not the job for you. You have to be a quick learner, fast, efficient, and should be able to have the initiative to do things without being told to do so. For lack of a better word, if you're a lazy individual that likes to stand around an entire shift - this is definitely NOT the job for you. Also, there are really no breaks unless you smoke cigarettes. Personally, I'd rather have no breaks and get paid for a full 8/9 hours of work than miss out on 30 mins of pay.
