Pros
Since its outsource company, they have a wide arrange of projects. It's pretty easy to get a junior position here and you can grow inside the company relatively quickly. Management is good and caring. I was pretty impressed with how Craig Russel handled a recent crisis with Ukrainian and Russian employees. Relocation options were provided for almost everyone.
Cons
You can get to a boring project, but transfers are available. Hagle for your salary if you are a high-value specialist. Because of the nature of outsourcing business company will try to pay you less, but it's possible to raise your income if you are ambitious.
