Pros
Great company and administration. Culture and coworkers are ideal, and location is great. Growing company that is willing to stick to it's identity.
Cons
HR department does not have a lot of experience. Managers are mixed -- some are great, while others are not organized and abrasive. Health Benefits for family are poor (but great for the individual)
