Pros
1) Work culture and environment are very friendly. 2) An excellent way to groom yourself in to new technologies. 3) Senior Management is totally supporting and helps in all aspects. 4) Motivates new talents and gives opportunity to learn 5) Good place to get rewards and recognition for the best performers. 6) Work and Fun go hand in hand 7) Working here gave me a good turning point for my professional growth.
Cons
Cafeteria is small and needs to be improved. Everything looks good. I hope this will continue as is. No much cons to write.
