Management is not experienced to deal with problems. Management talks a big game and makes a lot of promises that never happen. HR is new but has already shown they only have management’s interests in mind. Overall they say they care about their staff but they work people to their breaking point and wonder why their turnover is so high. They take any complaint made as an attack and then reprimand the employee who said anything. During my time there employees were afraid to speak up because of the consequences. Apparently it’s gotten worse since I left as well from what my friends who still work there tell me.
They spout on and on about how they change peoples lives but honestly they charge so much money (even for free vaccines) and pay their staff average money for literally working nonstop from beginning to end. My current job pays me $5 more for doing 1/4 of the work. the new manager is really aggressive and confrontational and was part of the reason I left. There came a time when it became to stressful, the pressure, the lack of feeling valued or recognized, management making you feel guilty for taking personal time off that I just quit on the spot. best decision ever.
