Good culture, feels like a family.

Pay could be more, but it is customer service

Friendly work environment and incredibly helpful co-workers. The small(er) office size lends itself to a lot of cross-department collaboration. The executives and managers don't hide behind appointment books and assistants and have a fairly consistent open-door policy.

Not much room for advancement or promotion. There is a sizable group of employees who have been with the company 10-20+ years and are very entrenched in their way of doing things and resistant to change.
