I'm not sure I can answer this honestly.

Lack of real career opportunities unless you like doing the same thing every day until you pass away. Compensation is very low, especially for a startup seeking their Series A. There is no culture and they don't value you as a person. What diversity? Senior management is utterly clueless. Middle management is merely collecting a paycheck. They want you to work so much you don't have time for a life.

ExellentThe work environment and culture are excellent. If you have an idea for a solution or improvement, you’re encouraged to create an RFC and share it with the team. People actively review proposals, provide feedback, and if the idea makes sense, you can move forward and start implementing it. Leadership is approachable and open to discussion. There’s no “yes boss” culture — you can directly align with the owners in 1:1 conversations, openly share your thoughts, and discuss ideas without hesitation.

The only cons of the company is, There are no Engineering Standard that are being followed but it is totally on you if you want to follow the standard you can
